CeruleGear are print-on-demand products, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product.

If there is a problem with an order

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — please get in touch with the Cerule Caring Crew within 14 days of product delivery. Cerule offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for product(s) damaged or lost in transit.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, CeruleGear will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
